David Crowder:
 
David has over 20 years of experience working with high-tech companies. He has held several senior management roles in his career to include, Senior Vice President of Technology at MFG.com, where was responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure, new technology development and implementation as well as current technology platform at MFG.com.
 
Prior to MFG.com, Crowder was the vice president of IT solutions for Judge Business Solutions, a resource for high-caliber and cost-effective outsourced technology business solutions.  In his role, Crowder found, led and positioned the software development and systems integration start-up company as a distinguished process driven firm within its marketplace.
 
He is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston where he concentrated his studies in the fields of computer science, advanced mathematics, physics and writing.
 
Evan Rogoff:
 
As chief financial officer Evan is responsible for all financial and administrative matters for the company. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a former Certified Turnaround Professional who has worked with rapidly-growing technology companies for a decade. Evan previously founded Rogoff Financial Services to provide strategic and financial advice to early-stage software companies.  His clients collectively raised over $100 million of capital and were honored in the Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 program. Before that, Evan was part of the management team at an IPO candidate internet company and also manager in the corporate financial consulting practice of Arthur Andersen. Evan graduated with high distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
